The longevity recipe

Take ginger whenever the cooking allows.

Consume raw garlic at meals whenever opportunity permits.

Prefer soya beans to others.

Eat a banana or two per day.

Water is best when drunk regularly throughout the day.

Sleep whenever you are tired. Do not push yourself too far and too much.

Laugh often, especially at yourself.

Don't hold back the tears when situation demands it.

Be kind without reason.

Be generous at all times.

Speak softly and often with great consideration.

Do not count the hours or the days. Live for the moment and you will touch eternity.
